The scheme works by selecting 15 numbers from which 6 are then selected at random and entered in the Lotto. The 15 numbers consist of 8 'hot numbers', those that have come up most frequently in the last 8 draws and 7 'cold numbers' those that have come up least frequently in the last 8 draws. The scheme should provide 3 or 4 winning numbers if 4 or more appear in the 15 and if that happens the more lines you do the more you win. It is claimed in the literature that for every GBP10 invested there is a return of GBP40 on average. Monthly profits of GBP240 are claimed for GBP80 bet.
My experience is that after 12 bets I have spent GBP120 and got back GBP10. On only one occasion in 12 weeks have 4 numbers appeared on any of the 15 selected numbers and then 3 numbers appeared on a line only once. If 3, 4, 5 or 6 numbers do not not appear in the selected 15 'hot' and 'cold' numbers on a regular basis it matters not hot many lines are entered no return will accrue. A "No Strings Money- Back Guarantee is given but there is a claim that "to date my publishers have yet to receive a single refund request". So unfortunately this is a first. Can I please have my money back - a personal cheque for GBP97 will be fine.

This system is ‘designed’ using a formula that tells you which balls to select and play over a set amount of weeks. You select 15 balls in total and the balls you actually play are randomly selected from these 15. The stake you play with is up to you, but they recommend GBP20 - GBP40 per draw.
After selecting my 15 numbers and their permutations, I played a stake of GBP20 per draw for 8 draws.
I followed the system to the letter and here’s a brief report of my results.
These are the 15 numbers the system told me to pick.
1, 3, 9, 12, 14, 16, 22, 23, 27, 30, 35, 39, 40, 45, 46.

As you can see, more often than not, the numbers drawn were not even in my selection of initial 15 numbers….let alone within the permutations required to play only 6 numbers at a time.
I spent a total of GBP160 on the Lotto during this project and only won GBP50 making a giant loss of GBP110!!!
So unfortunately it seems that the system really doesn't offer much more chance that picking numbers at random

I received the book and calculator but didn't operate the lottery formula at first as it seemed a bit complex. However, I decided to try it on the last 3 draws and invested GBP10 on each draw. The result:- I received GBP30 back (3 x GBP10 wins) so I was no better off and lucky to get my money back! Far from what was advertised in their brochure! What's more, I fail to see how it can make any real money in the future. What puzzles me is that they also sent a free horse racing system with the package that they did not advertise in the sales literature. I tried this out as it looked very simple to operate, and since January 2006 I have made a fairly decent profit every month. So why doesn't this company promote the racing system as the lead product and sack the lottery system?! If anyone does decide to buy, then make sure they ask for the free horse racing formula as they don't advertise it. Then my advice would be to bin the lottery system when they receive it. So I would give the lottery system a score 2 - and that's because of the free calculator (I think I have got about 100 of these now from various offers or insurance plans I have joined!) . However, I would give the racing formula a score of 8 - Hope this helps!

We sent off for the ADK Publishing / Dave Simpson 3 & 4 Ball Repeater System to see if it was as good as the claims. A couple of weeks after sending off our GBP97 we received a small A5 22 page booklet outlining the system and 1 blank form. Not all the book is about the system, some has some other stuff in so in all about 15 pages of A5 or 7 of A4 explain the system. Obviously we can't divulge the full system here due to copyright, but we can tell you that the system works on the basis that some numbers have more of a tendency to be picked than others - so called 'hot numbers'. The system then backs these numbers in multiple permutations to improve winning chances. I showed the guide to a friend who teaches maths in a grammar school. His view was that from a mathematicians point of view every number has EXACTLY the same chance of being picked each week REGARDLESS of previous draws, so he failed to see how the system could have any credibility.
Another couple of points to note on this offer, the booklet doesn't come with a return address so applying for a refund may be difficult if you didn't keep original address details. Also the guarantee says you have to follow the system for 12weeks which if its losing I guess many people won't.
Nevertheless, we will be trying the system out for the next couple of weeks to see if it really does work - watch this space.

Following Dave Simpson's instructions to the letter, I tested the system over 4 ten draw periods (each period equivalent to 5 weeks).
Using the lottery website results page, I initially backtested it over three different periods and the results were abysmal.
The first period reaped GBP70 winnings against GBP200 outlay, a loss of GBP130.
The second didn't win a single draw, another loss, this time GBP200. The third period reaped GBP50 against the usual GBP200 outlay, making a loss of GBP150. Having seen such poor results, I decided to use the example period in the manual itself, and used the 15 numbers he had selected for my fourth test. And guess what, the winnings were zilch (but the outlay was still GBP200!)
Mr. Simpson states that all he asks is that you give it a fair trial, and use it at least ONCE a week for 12 weeks. My test periods have effectively tested it TWICE a week over 20 weeks.

The scheme works by entering lottery draw numbers into a spreadsheet over a 10 draw cycle. The results provide 'hot' numbers (most frequently drawn), and 'cold' numbers (least frequently drawn), which are 'permed' to give combinations of numbers to enter as lottery draws. This repeats on a 10 draw cycle to give new number ranges. The scheme is claimed to show profits of GBP480 oper month based on GBP20 per lottery draw, by providing anumber of 3 and 4 ball winning combinations.
Tested over an initial 10 draw period (08/11/2006 - 09/12/2006) and emerged with a profit of GBP64, the 2nd 10 draw period provided a loss of GBP160. I stopped investing at this point but continued to monitor the draws for 3 more 10 draw cycles, at the end of which I would have sustained an overall loss of GBP460.
In my opinion, this scheme is not worth GBP97 of anyone's money. I suspect that the theory of hot and cold numbers will never work over a sustained period, and if you play the lottery, stick with the same numbers every week and you'll have just as much chance (and you won't be wasting GBP40 a week either).
