This is a 78 page account of Alex Buzby’s journey through attending several seminars, trying out different courses and software, all in the search of finding the ‘holy grail’ of how to be a successful trader.
It makes very easy reading and highlights the fact that you should never believe the hype and promises that are offered by companies offering this kind of product, service or course.
Alex was made redundant in the 1990’s from a job at a bank and always had a burning desire to become a top trader, so with that in mind he set out on the long road to be such. Alex spent thousand’s of pounds on attending seminars, courses, trying out different trading stratagies as well as using so called mechanical software systems that give signals when to trade and when to exit a trade.
It is a somewhat bitter account, but the knowledge he has gained from being able to spot a con from a good system is undeniable.
The guide shows you how to spot such hoaxes, and how to choose your own trading plan and stick to it, and not get sidetracked into something you shouldn’t.
In total, Alex didn’t loose much capital in doing the actual trading, but more from the empty promises made by the vendors.
As a useful bonus, there is a section of hyperlinks that deal with good companies to deal with for trading platforms and the like.
If you are thinking of attending a trading seminar, or wanting to try out a new ’system’ for trading, then his personal account is invaluable, and can save you a small fortune in wasted time and effort and of course money.
