I tried this financial trading course as it was advertised as requiring only about 30 mins an evening to set a trade. Most evening however it was not possible to find a good pattern required, and it is really about day trading. Apart from the CDs (a written manual also would be nice) there are daily videos of what you could have done during the day. It turns out from these videos that not all is as straightforward as it might appear in the CD course. Also the risks per trade taken were generally higher than the reward.
I lost money overall but have since taken up a different strategy in trading.
The course really should be looked upon as an introductory course in technical trading using breakout and continuation trading. It is expensive for this, although there is the support offered and daily videos.

I received a 10 cd roms ,everything explained in clear language, Andy assumes you know nothing about Forex markets. From start to finish riveting stuff. and he is on the end of telephone to help. This is the best investment I have made to date

It is very difficult in my experience to put the knowledge into action so as to actually make some money. I lost a few hundred pounds betting GBP1-3 per point. Andy X bets at least GBP10 per point which means even using stop losses, you would lose at least GBP300 each time you got it wrong so you need several thousand GBP if you follow his advice to gamble only a very small percentage (say, 3%) of your pot.
It is now very easy for me to see why spread betting companies make so much money and why 95% of punters lose.

I was sent an email from Streetwise/Streetrader urging me to click on a link that would tell me about how I could find out about a secret insider code that would allow me to make GBP1000s. I’m pretty switched on when it comes to believing all the hype, but for some reason (or good copywriting) this one left a mark on me. I didn’t do anything for a few days and then decided to put some questions together and email John Harrison and see what his response was. I got my answers within a few days and on this basis, and together with the 30 day money back guarantee, i decided I would give it a punt. I know nothing about the Forex or trading.
The cds came and I spent 2 -3 days rattling through each one. The course itself is brilliant. Well put together in idiot proof language and I must say I have never enjoyed myself so much when doing a course, as much as I did this one.
However being a total novice I’m not ashamed to say that after all 12 cds there had still been no mention of this secret person who was giving all the big boys and traders on the “inside” the signal to trade. At this point I did begin to think that this was just another sales hype and as always there never is a true get rich quick scheme. Some what deflated I decided to spend time looking at older charts and seeing if I could pick up the patterns I was being told would lead me to vast riches. Low and behold they were there and in most circumstances if I did exactly what I was told I WOULD MAKE MONEY! Rejuvenated by this I went ahead and set up my accounts and then set about spending a week using the Demo version of one of the spread betting companies. This is where the fun begins!
My first trade with paper money, GBP10000 to play with! I logged on and saw a pattern straight away. I traded GBP10 per pip & used all the techniques taught and 30 minutes later I had earned a virtual GBP60! Wow this really did work! I used the 15 minute time span on the GBP/USD. This was great but it felt very slow. Hang on a minute there a 5 minute option! I looked at this and it was moving like mad, Much more exciting! But hang on Andy X had told me never to use the 5 minute option? Oh well what the hell ill try it .Another trade but this time on the 5 minute time span and another victory! 10 pips and GBP100 in my virtual account!! This was unbelievable. If it works on the GBP/UDS it must work on all the other match ups? So against all the rules I’d been given off I went and and broke most of them ! A couple of days later I was I was GBP900 down on my demo account. Time to take stock…………
I went back over all the cds and this time I listened properly. There isn’t a secret man behind the scenes giving all the traders in the know the big tip. Its the forex itself that gives the secrets away, I just had to be disciplined enough to abide by the strict rules I had been taught. So back to my demo account, but this time I would act exactly how intended to act when I started to trade real money. No rushes of blood, just strict adherence to the rules. 8 straight trades were winners and I recouped GBP300. This works and now it was time to trade for real.
I started trading on Tuesday 14th Feb. I was up at 6 as per my programme and I went through it step by step. NO DEVIATION. GBP2 per pip on the GBP/USD. I STARTED WITH GBP500 in my account. Not big money but Id decided that along with the cost of the course I would be willing to invest GBP3000 overall to see if this works. I HAVE 2 WEEKS before the guarantee was up. My first trade with a partial exit I made GBP9 !!! After the full exit another GBP9!! GBP18!!! I’m in the money! Later that day another trade I made GBP12! That’s a GBP30 day!! WOOOOOOO. A small step. I could of made more but my nerve went on both these trades as I was so desperate to make a successful start. I pulled out early on both trades.
Feb 15th. . GBP2 per pip, a partial exit and im GBP11 up! I get edgy again and 1 minute later I fully exit with another GBP9. That’s a GBP20 trade!! Later that day another trade – GBP25 profit!! A GBP45 Day!!
Feb16th (that’s today!) UP at 7am by 8.30am the pattern I’m following comes into play. 9.30am I partially exit GBP38 PROFIT! 10 minutes later I fully exit this time GBP23 profit. Within 3 hours of waking I’m GBP61 up!!
Well for what its worth I’ve started small. If I’d of been trading GBP10 per pip I would of been flying, but I’m gaining confidence all the time. Its still pretty early in my trading career but here’s what I’ve learned so far.
You have to be disciplined. Very Disciplined. You need to be able to follow orders and you MUST NEVER BE GREEDY! This isn’t a get rich quick scheme and there are definitely pitfalls. I’m lucky as I CAN GIVE THIS MY FULL ATTENTION as I work from home anyway and my wife is driving that particular ship as I see if this really works. But as of Thursday 16th Feb there are strong signals ( forgive the pun) that this does seem to be working. 3 days in and I AM IN CREDIT BY GBP136 using GBP2-3 trades. I HAVEN’T FINISHED TODAY.
I will let you know how I go over the next week.

Excellent, watched 13 hrs of step by step instruction. Far more useful than just reading a book on the subject because he has selected only the relevant points for discussion based upon his extensive experience, therefore having less to digest by showing on screen techniques, procedures from reading a simple chart, technical analysis through to setting up an account and suggestions of who to use for trading.
Still trading a demo account, however I’m confident of going live within the next few weeks. I was a former Forex trader and I recognize the value of the content so I am certain of achieving the GBP200 – GBP300 per day.
I wish I had access to this material years ago.

I have been testing Andy’s strategies for trading and it seems to have paid out so far. I have had really good returns and am actually considering trading full time. Anyway this might not be for everyone as their is some risk involved, but then the potential reward is great. I suggest you try it out and see if it suits your personality.
